Black screen / HDCP error message
Your display or AVR reports an HDCP error, or the screen goes black intermittently when switching sources.

| LOGO off | Insufficient power, or no active input. Confirm you are using the correct Integral 2 power supply (5V 2.0A) and that the source is switched on. The LOGO can also stay off depending on INFO button settings. |

Your display or AVR reports an HDCP error, or the screen goes black intermittently when switching sources.
Fix HDCP errors →The display shows no signal at all, or the LOGO LED stays off.
Fix no signal →The signal is present but the resolution, HDR or audio capability reported to the source is wrong, or a message appears in the top-left corner after a firmware update.
Fix EDID issues →
